Hello, My name is Ian Larson. I am from Far Hills, New Jersey, and I am a member of the Claremont McKenna Class of 2024. I have had a keen interest in entrepreneurship from a young age, and I hope to continue to grow as an entrepreneur as a part of the CIE Fellows Program. I have always considered myself to be more of a number-oriented person, so the idea of entrepreneurship and someone growing a concept to a profitable enterprise through financial analysis and business savviness is something that is appealing to me. Through different programs in high school and an internship with the United States Golf Association, I have had first-hand experience with innovation and analysis of how companies are run from top to bottom. In these experiences, I have learned many interesting things about leadership, industry analysis, and the structure of a company. I have also learned about valuation, comparison, and financial computation through these various programs as well as through different economics and statistics based classes. I hope to utilize, share, and build on my different skills and experiences as a part of the CIE Fellows Program!
