Adele is an Associate at March Capital, a Santa Monica-based venture capital firm managing $1B. She joined March Capital with a consulting background from Mercer where she assisted clients in recognizing new opportunities by helping align their people strategy to their business strategy.
Adele earned her B.A. in Philosophy and Public Affairs from Claremont McKenna College in 2019. While on campus, she was an active member of many organizations including 5C Club Soccer, CMS Track & Field, and the Admissions Office. She also served on several Board of Trustees committees, was the President of the College Programming Board, and co-lead the implementation of the CIE Fellows program in the Fall of 2018 as the Student Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Adele is originally from Portland, OR, and enjoys spending her time exploring the outdoors and local food scene with friends and family
