Talk with Nicholas Shurgot ’95

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Lowe Institute are co-sponsoring a talk with Nicholas Shurgot ’95, CEO of Saddle Peak, Inc., a franchising business. Mr. Shurgot has a BA from CMC in International Relations and an MBA from Harvard. He established a career in restaurant finance before finding his niche in multi-unit franchising with Hardee’s. He will have a lot of interesting experiences and insights to share about his interest in entrepreneurship, the franchising model, the fast food industry and the impact of minimum wage legislation.
