Jamie Montgomery is the Founder and Managing Director of March Capital Partners, Southern California’s leading venture capital firm. He has been an investor and advisor to a generation of iconic venture companies. He currently serves on the Board of Telesign, Katch and FogHorn Systems.

Prior to forming March Capital Partners, Mr. Montgomery was the founder and CEO of Montgomery & Co, which was a leading investment bank for media and technology companies.  Montgomery & Co advised and financed over 1,000 private technology, biotechnology and media companies from 1986 to 2013.

He is also the founder of The Montgomery Summit, which gathers leading investors, corporate executives and entrepreneurs in Santa Monica each March for the nation’s preeminent technology conference.

Mr. Montgomery holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego and an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.  His sons Charles  (’15) and Lachlan (’19) attended Claremont McKenna.
