Mohamed Hamouda is a student at Claremont McKenna College’s class of 2024 intending to major in Economics and Physics. In high school, Mohamed was part of the MIT LaunchX High School Clubs program where he learned about the basics of entrepreneurship and co-founded his first startup aiming to solve the issue of insufficient accumulative medical data that many patients had in his home town – Cairo, Egypt. He also participated in EducationUSA Academy program at the University of Colorado Boulder where he worked with local entrepreneurs to pitch his second startup idea aiming to solve the food waste issue. Mohamed has gained experiences in team working, embedded systems construction, and project pitching after cocreating 5 capstone projects over the course of 5 semesters in his STEM high school.
