Alex is a student at Pomona College exploring cross-functional interests in philosophy, computer science and cognitive science. He founded P-ai, the modern incubator for AI projects and ideas, to build a diverse & accessible community with technical teams to solve interdisciplinary problems. He currently works on ML team at Neurable, a series-A Brain Computer Interface startup in decoding and modelling neural signals. Interested in scaling early-stage start-ups, Alex has previously served as the venture partner at Nodes Advisors (Zurich), scout at Loup Ventures (NYC), and currently contributes as fellow at Unshackled Ventures to support immigrant entrepreneurs and as the student community co-lead at Greylock Partners. In his free time, Alex loves to dive into fiction from the New Yorker, advises 3 student startups from fundraising to technical recruiting, and occasionally freestyles in a virtual cypher. Alex aspires to build a venture in the AI/ML space in the future and is excited to further connect with the entrepreneurial ecosystem through CIE.
